Below I include an updated Talos constraint file. It
should define things quite a bit better, especially for the
2d binding loop, which shows remarkably homology with the
conformation of the 4th Ca site in CaM complexed with Ca2+ and
peptide. Do you know if there's an X-ray for either apo-
of Ca-calbindin D9K? If yes, I'll get teh shifts from
Chazin and we'll add it to Talos, which should really clean
up the pseudo EF-hand.
